My daily routine.
Morning walk of 5 to 6 kms. I try do my Sudarshan kriya (Art of living) 9.00am Breakfast. The full day in office with lunch break (Home) 45 min Have dinner at 7.00pm and sleep by 10.00pm. Try to avoid fried foods, sweets, Chocolates deserts and junk foods. Eat healthy and think positive.
