About Me
Born and brought up in a North East state(the only state where English is the official language), then completed my higher studies in God’s Own Country and now I’m paying taxes to Uncle Sam.
I miss India a lot. I miss its vibrancy as well as its haphazardness. All you folks out there, don’t take our country for granted. There is no place like home. Enjoy!
I’m married to my sweetheart and we have a 1 year old daughter.

My favourite instrument is the Violin. Pachelbel’s Canon soothes me whenever I’m stressed out.
I’m a great fan of Anu Malik. I’ve been enjoying his music from his struggling days.
I’m fascinated by how seven notes make up a music piece.
Amitabh Bachchan movies are still on my watch list. In Bollywood he stands alone. Period....
I enjoy watching Mohanlal movies. It’s a great shame that the rest of India is missing his superb performances
I love the classic Hollywood musicals… Singing in the Rain, Sound of Music....
I’m put off by selfish and manipulative people. I love people with a sense of humour.
World War II fascinates me. I have devoured all kinds of books on this subject. The world watched on as out of 11 million casualties, 6 million Jews were murdered.
I’m a bad and lazy writer. I have a feeling I’ll be RRCing more than writing reviews. I envy the MS gurus who churn out reviews so effortlessly.

Interests
I would be lost without Books. Started reading novels from a very young age. Always fancied the fiction stuff.
Movies that make me laugh, think and are entertaining.
When I listen to Music I try to immerse myself and listen to every bass note, every violin run and that timbre in the background.
Cricket is my first love though I enjoy all kinds of sports. Now I’m also a Red Sox and Patriots fan.
