Hello Rohit :)) Thanks for being honest :) My turn to be honest now. Before the book was nominated I had picked it several times and kept it back because it was expensive. W/o the award it wouldn't have got this much attention for sure... Thanks Smita

Hi Nonu :) That's a nice comment and I agree with you. I too felt the book was rushed towards end but in totality I loved the book. Your 2nd comment is quite relevant. We Indians never go into introspection, we prefer hitting back honest people. That is so much like us, nahin? Anyways t...hanks a lot :) SmitaRead More

Hello Debs :) Thanks for the sweet welcome though am for sure not staying back, this was one off :) In fact the ROD was the very reason that I posted this review. It was a random stroll in to MS and I saw the review. I was quite infuriated by the biased view. Anyways thanks :) Smita

Hi Vinodji :) Glad to see you and thanks for the welcome back :) Do read the book. I dunno whether it deserves the booker prize or not but the fact is that it is being slammed for wrong reasons. Thanks Smita

The White Tiger** is the story & journey of a nameless boy. It is his journey from Laxmangarh hereto referred as “The Dark Side” to Dhanbad, Delhi and finally Bangalore. Did I say nameless? Well he is called Munna which is an endearment and it means ‘boy’. It can’t surely be termed as a name?...Read more

Tanna, Your star status is immaterial to me. Period. But as far as review is concerned go and read reviews of some old members and see how they have presented a technical product. And when I say old members I really mean old members. As far as how we have re-appeared lemme tell you that we... are a connected bunch and whenever we see a copied review we have taken a stand and it has happened long before you even joined MS. But the underlining fact is whether we come or go is not your problem. Frustrated??? Ha ha ha ha you need a reality check, there is nothing here which can make me feel either envious of you or what is happening in MS. BTW this review of your is not full of sarcasm (as you say!) it smells of frustration. It is indeed very difficult to take criticism in positive spirit and you have proved it.... Smita Read More
