i ordered the same, its been 7 days but no delivery, i ordered from KAKS electronics, and customer representative confirmed that we only sell 1st copy. i asked him to cancel but he said cant cancel and deny at time of delivery

I have received the product one day delay but packaging was excellent and received all the doc and accesories well. XOLO Q800 is superb mobile. have been using it for 2 years and no problem so far. Battery back is excellent so thanks u indiatimes for perfect delivery of good mobile

Which phone did you orderd, i guess it depends on the stock with them, when a customer order they source cheap from market rather than having in-stock. What say....
