Biggest FRAUD COMPANY in online shopping. Recently I purchased a saree from Snapdeal amounting Rs 920 /- and it was of very low quality as expected from Snapdeal. I raised a return request for refund on 5th Sep and it was picked up by 6th Sep. But till now I haven't got my refund yet because as ...per the internal quality check it fails to pass. I asked for the proof they denied that it is our internal matter. I asked for the return of the product again they denied and told me that please don't call again there will be no refund/replace for the product. Means they took my product also and not refunded my money also. 920 is not a big amount for me but I have to show this to your existing customers. Now I have complained in consumer court in our area and I will try my best so that Snpadeal has to pay a big penalty for this. But it will take time but surely it will happen.
