This issue has not been resolved yet. I had asked for a refund when i was with them and was eligible for it. Correspondence for the same went over months. Even tried to reach the CEO on Linkedin. No one listened so for me the issue hasn't been resolved.

Via.com replied to me on 29th June BUT after i sent them a registered letter (on 29th itself) as a first step towards filing this matter for consumer redressal. They said in their reply on email that ''they've nothing to do in this matter'' but are still refunding me the ticket cost charged to me. T...hey might have credited to my credit card - as statement comes to me i will check. But the unfortunate thing is that while Mr. Vinay Gupta talks of meeting of minds etc. etc. i had to go through a whole lot of hassle to get my problem resolved .. and that too with the disclaimer of '' we've nothing to do in this matter, still we're ....'' . I do not wish to comment further on the merit of his and his company's statement as i want to move on - however for me its been a disappointing experience with the company. In their reply they claimed the company blacklisted the bus tour operator which dishonestly charged me but i saw it still on their site and send them screenshot of the same. I thank mouthshut.com as it seems there site did help carry my grievance to the company.Read More

Just a heads up guys - visiting Mouth shut after a long time. We managed to get refund on our 3G data card thanks to following up with the company and the fact we'd got it in written about the speeds comitted. Thanks Nishant for your comments.

It has been around 12 days since i received an email confirming my money would be refunded for the wrong product supplied to me which i returned but their is no response. I guess this is another way for them to gene...rate profit.
