Sorry, the experience of mine and others is different. Your customer service is pathetic. Pl refrain from cheating gullible customers with unethical practices.
If you are a employee / agent of Elica, better change to some other company, as they may ditch you also.

your mom may be one of those few lucky ones, never placed a problem. May that be so. See the reviews of others. Will be eye opener and atleast pl refrain from recommending.

Surprisingly, Elica wants to repair the product now, after knowing from review that I had already left the house and owners have thrown the burnt equipment out and rented to somebody. I also got a call from Elica rep with a threatening language.
Luckily, call got recorded. The Elica is crossing a...ll its limits. It will be a really good case study material and am seriously thinking to make it as a case study and give to B-Schools in Chennai, to know and analyse of this product customer service.
Secondly, to write to real estate persons to inform them not to install this company equipment in their Modular Kitchen model houses.Read More

Dear sir,
Your ordeal of installing Elica chimney had just started. if you ask them to repair, they will say, pay money (despite on life time warranty)some 2500- 3000 for repairs and getting parts. Else will say, buy new product at some discopunt, which is again not a discount at all as local deale...rs will sell at lesser than that.
But to their bad luck, you have agreed to pay that Rs2500 - 3000/-, then they will say, spares are not in India but have to come from Italy etc kind crap. All I can do is 'Brace up for the ordeal'. May god give you that strength.

Good to know of this product. How is the leather quality? Also will credit/ Debit card fit in it?
