Thanks toothless for the comment. Just to give you an update, I'm taking this bike on a 2400Km Leh Trip. Not many Rd's have been on this trip before, expecting some fun along :)

You will be lucky to achieve any thing more than 160 to be honest, a) because there is so much wind resistance to fight against b) there are no roads where you can check the speed limits without damaging the bike permanently. C) It nearly bottoms out on torque.

Excellent write up. I guess the reason to have neutral between the gear shifts is to make the shifts easier and to contain the sudden clutch failure. You are lucky to have this bike. I saw one once but as other Rd's parked in a shed not running.
