Their customer care is horrible and their response on email is also useless...NIssan is not caring for its customers...it wil not survive for long with this attitude. I have searching for an answer for my question about my Micra dCI but no avail. yea I guess service should not much of an issue for me...because I am not expecting much from it..meanwhile it is very surprising for me after the HORRIBLE SALES experience from the dealer..the service experience was pretty good...

@kanish: Oh thats bad news. They also had increased price in April and now they have removed rear wiper and electrical OVRMs. I guess thats they have done it becoz apart from ABS and some other things there is no more difference between the two and ZXi might be selling more than Titanium. I guess th...en its better to go for EXi. Only issue is it does not have bluetooth enabled stereo and u need to inquire for USB support in the Mp3 player.Read More

@suzukisai: I have been using Maruti since the past 15 years...so yes in terms of Service there is no better company to match Maruti so I dont expect Maruti like service from Ford. Also the dealer here is horrible and if there was any other option then I would deifintely have gone for other dealer. ...So please check the dealer in your area.Also I had my first service done for Figo and surprisingly the service staff is much more supportive than Sales staff.
Coming to the new Swift it is overpriced I do feel, but also its a practically new evolution of the Swift, its a beautiful vehicle specially the diesel but here there is 3 months waiting period so there is no point in wasting time for that.
Coming to Figo, yes the AC is awesome, it chills the cabin within few mins. I live in Ahmedabad and the heat here is also very high. I have taken the car in March so have passed first summer through it and it has performed well. I have heard that they are using a heavy compressor for better AC performance. In terms of AC yes the car scores well.
If ur not much in hurry u can have other options, Etios Liva is coming in diesel model, 1400cc engine I think. Also Beat Diesel has arrived the car is amazing for city driving. Tata Vista has also had cosmetic changes done to it as well.. you can check that out as well.

@aneesalam: well see about after sales service it depends on what kind of Ford dealer you are having, here in ahmedabad, the dealer is horrible but their after sales service is good. Regarding maintenance, i dont see too much costing involved. We are not dealing with Old Ford Ikons with higher part ...cost, I have heard Ford now locally manufactures the parts of Figo so they have reduced the part costs so i dont see much of an issue with maintenance as well but yes if u maintain the diesel engine well as per its demands like regular oil and oil filter change, go as per manuals i dont see much of maintenance issue. u could have rejected the car model while doing the PDI and asked for the other car. I learnt it from some website that we should make clear not to generate the invoice the vehicle before PDI. This is what I did when I went to buy my Figo, I asked them to do the PDI and after i clear the model then ...generate the invoice...this way we can make sure we dont get damaged or used model...Read More

I guess for all auto gear scooters its better to start manually with kick while starting it for the first time in the day with choke on. This would help to retain the battery life longer since the engine would crank with auto start used for the first time in the day and probably wont start at all. @Dipesh: Center console means the speedo and the instrument cluster which generally is on the right hand side in front of the driver seat is in the center in Indica Vista similar to Chevy Spark and Toyota Etios
