Hi Ali Asgar Kagzi, Many thanks for your post. I too have health insurance family floater plan from Religare. After seeing your post I am forced to rethink whether I should continue with this policy or not. It looks to me that there is nothing wrong from your end. Still really don't understand... why the Religare is really troubling you. Why the Religare Health Insurance Team is not coming-up with proper explanation about all these at least on this website above. Even the response from ReligareHealthIns is not convincing. If they really want to reach you, I am sure they will have multiple ways to reach you, not only through your primary contact number. If they can send their representative to Hospital for verification, why can't they send their representative to your home for settling your claim ? Everything will be alright until you face a problem. One you are stuck with any issue, you are gone. Their technical team does have have any clue about what is happening, Their technical help is way below standards. They don't have any toll free number to contact customer care. They will put you on ...hold for minutes longer. You will be on hold for a while. If there is a problem with your BILL, then you contact customer care. Then they will tell you that they will arrange call back from Billing section. God knows when the Billing section calls you. I have been trying since 2 months for disconnecting and refund of my money. But because of lots of people and lots of so called departments are involved in this, I could not succeed. You understand the value of Beam Telecom only when you face some issue. You don't need them when everything is working. You need their help when you have some issue with the connection. When you need their help, they don't turn-up.Read More
