In many aspects, I do agree with you and have experienced similar services not only from Vodafone, but also from almost all the telecom service providers in India. In fact, I have challenged many of them in the same way you did i.e. challenging them to behave like this in a developed country like US...A then face the consequences of wiping out. However, I do not agree with you considering India as a pathetic country, even when some of my friends (in some way or the other they are connected to the western countries) too express the same views as of yours, rather I think, India is more tolerant than many other countries, besides India's over population is a great disadvantage. In fact, India is a dumping place so whatever ones dumping would be sold here, unlike many western countries.Read More

Mr avinash.murkute They were not multiple billing but disputed billing indeed, the transactions reflected in my card exactly on the same date after one year from the date of actual transactions, so it raises a question how came a bank can reproduce a transaction exactly after one year when HSB...C says, ’’Please note that as the charges are processed electronically without any manual intervention we are unable to stop unauthorized debit to your credit card account.’’ HOW COME THEY SAY IT WAS NOT A MANUAL INTERVENTION WHEN IT WAS REFLECTED IN MY CARD ACCOUNT AFTER ONE YEAR? After so many interactions and wastage of time, money and suffering harassment, finally, one day I see the disputed amounts has been reversed to my account but the bank did not intimate me about my dispute in writing or ask for apology. Dealing with a bank like HSBC is very injurious.
