Remember if you buy APC products in India ... think of it as a use and throw product ... after warranty period is over ... they will offer you service charge more than the NEW equipment. It happened to me... They offered me a refurbished 'APC Home UPS 850VA Sine' over phone and in mail for Rs.5361 w...ithout even visiting my house and without checking what's wrong with the equipment in question. Whereas 'A New APC Home UPS 850VA Sine' is available at Rs. 5300. That's outrageous.Read More
