I have a 4 year old Bajaj Caliber and it runs fine, gives good average and also pulls up nice short wheelies. and I also have a Pulsar 180CC which is arround 6 months old and it runs fine. It all dipends on how one rides and and maintains his bike. I have 2 bajaj bikes and if i buy another bike it ...will again be a bajaj. I am a happy with the bikes they produce.Read More

Boss who the heel u r, the review is complete crap. As Pulsar 220 has been declared the best bike ever built in india. Check out any bike magazine and u will know the fact. Karizma is a bike which has not been updated ( except some cosmetic mods) for the past 4 years and check out Pulsar's the bike ...is updated and also upgraded and it is one of the finest bikes available in india. You also wrote that Bajaj bikes have high maintainance cost? I have a 4 years old caliber, only maintainance is regular Oil change and oil filter change. Clutch plates changed only once and it still gives a mileage of 55+ KMPL. My other bike is a Pulsar 180 DTSi V2.1. It is arround 6k old touches 130 KMPH effortlessly and after all abuse it gives an efficiency of 42KMPL. IF ridden at normal spped of 60-80KMPH then the efficiency is 50-52 KMPL. Do u have to say anything about my comments, I am open to feedback.Read More

Boss you wrote that your karizma gave you 60+ mileage on highway and 50 on normal city ride. I will says that it is impossible as trhe max a karizma can give is 43-45KMPL that also with sedate riding of 30- 45 kmph in 5th gear. Regarding Top speed with all engine mods like shaving head, hotter cams...hafts, K&N, Free flow a karizma is able to do 140 approx on the speedo ( 128- 130kmph actual speed). Touching 160 is completely impossible on a 223 cc single cylinder bike. Even a Comet with 250 CC V twin , liquid cooled which produced 10 more BHP than Karizma is able to touch only 150+ kmph. so I think that what you claim is impossible and I think you love your bike a lot and so wrote all those. Happy and safe riding. Regards TanmoyRead More

Hi dude the comment was good. But the comment regarding Bajaj. I will not accept it. I have a 32000KM olc caliber and a 5000 KM old Pulsar 180 DTSi, and they work fine. No issue with the engine, or gearbox or clutch. Only thing is the chain, which loosens.

Hi dude, the comments regaridng Pulsar 180 DTSi is completely wrong. I own a pulsar 180 DTSi V2.1. I have never faced gear issues. and regarding fuel efficieny in Bangalore city I am getting arround 48-52 KMPL in city riding.

Boss you are comparing between wrong pair of bikes. CBZ is a 156CC engined bike and P180 is a 178 CC bike. If you would like to compare batween u r CBZ and other bikes compare between Pulsar 150, Achiever, Unicorn, Apache, etc. And try to add more content to the review. keep writing.

Boss CT 100 is a mileage bike. U should ride in the lower RPM and in appropiate gears. It should give you arround 70- 80 KMPL. some of my friends have CT 100 and after following those they get awsome mileage. And to let you know I have a Pulsar 180 and a Calber Croma. The caliber is 3 years 6 months... old and still gives me a mileage of 65+ and my Pulsar 180 gives me mileage of 50-53. Engine is not everything, how you ride also makes a difference in mileage and also the life of the bike's engine.Read More

I agree with u ICICI is a really worst bank. I applied for a loan, though a corporate loan, in which my company is my guarantor. I applied and with 5 working days the loan was sanctioned. But after that..... 2 weeks have passed and today i got a call from their agent that finally , at last he got th...e cheque for the lan and he will diposit the cheque to my account. I think HDFC is much better bank than ICICI. Read More

Boss you are buying a bike from a showroom and you wont check whether the bike is in good shape or not. There is something called PDI ( Pre Delivery Inspection). And after you sign the PDI coupon you are allowed to take the bike. Its the responsibility of each customer to check their bike before tak...ing delivery, brakes may be tight, cables may be loose, etc as they are manufactured in lts and machines do their work, so there are chances that cables may be loose or brakes may be tight. So it is not the responsibility of the showroom or the company but you to chek before taking delivery. I have a Bajaj Caliber for the last 3 years and 2 months and i ride extensively still my bike is in good condition. Still my bike is capable of gragging to 80kmph on thr speedo in 3rd gear. There is no extra sound from the engine till now and returns decent fuel efficiency. And 3 years back Bajaj was not so good bike manufacturer, they had quality issues. Now their bikes are real good bikes. And regarding fuel efficiency or mileage a BSA 250 of the 60's or 70's giving 65 efficieny is real bull crap. Boss my hobby is researching on bikes and according to 5 plus experience researching on bikes I can assure you that a BSA 250 will give max 40 ( 4stroke ) min 25( 2 stroke)kmpl. A 250 cc bike giving 65 KMPL is really impossible today also with Fuel Injection and advanced throttle ressponse chips. And regarding Bajaj ct100 it is one of the best selling bikes available on indian roads and so it has beat HH Splendor in the no of bikes sold for the past 1 year. And all those people who now choose CT 100 instead of splendor which has Honda label , honda technology are not fools that they will go for a bike that has problems. Regarding the problem you have with the suspension , i think the suspension setting is set to hard so you feel like bullock cart. Try to take to any mechanic and tell them to make the suspension a bit soft and your issue will be resolved. I know this as almost all the bikeRead More

Hi, I bought this system arround 2 months back, and the exact wattage is 3800W (PMPO). It costed me Rs 7200+VAT. You told that the sound quality is bad, and so the woofers, but I think the opposite. I have been listening to the system for the past 2 months, and the sound quality is awsome. Claruty i...s good. And regarding the tape, I have played casettes which were lying for the past 6-7 years ( as my casette player was not working , and I used to listen to MP3 on my computer). The old casettes which were lying for long time plays like new, no distortion in sound. Regarding the FM, I think the tuner is not working or the antenna is not able to catch the signal or else at your place the signal is week. The player plays Diva X and Windows Media Music without any hickups. I think the product you got is not a good one, call up customer care and ask for a replace or refund. Buddy u wrote that world's top 2 wheeler and designer has told that pulsar has flaws... Buddy can u prove that with sufficient proof, as I am a bike freek, and i visit various biking sites and research about bikes... I have never come accross this type of comment in the past almost 4 years since... pulsar was launched.. and still now pulsar is the king of 150 cc segment , and honda also cannot catch the sales of p150DTSi. and indians r not fools that they only buy by looks or by the brand name Bajaj. Bajaj was a scooter manufacturer, and indians had faith in bajaj scooters, not in their bikes, so their bikes earlier were flop products. Now Bajaj has solid R&D and they really produce nice machines at good price. What i can say is Indians r blind about Hero Honda, and that's why they buy shitty , out dated products like splendor, passion and all is clones, which has the sloping 97 cc engine souced fromn the extinct Honda technology of 1960's... and still indians buy them, though there r other bikes available which r technically superior, and r more efficient, but people buy them due to the HH label.. 1. LOOK: you may like the looks, but i would say the looks r borrowed from the Unicorn 2. MILEAGE: It a mileage bike so no comments 3.POWER: It comes last in comparison of power in all 125 cc segment. THe company can do nothing in power department, as honda will not not give the powerful 125 cc e...ngine, as they will launch themselves. 4. RIDE: Ride cannot tell as have not tested ( and will not test also). But still over all it was a good review.. Keep writing Read More

You said that your bike started with the electric start after your bike stayed in waist deep water.. As if the silencer of the bike is submerged then water will go into the enginbe, and in case of waist deep water, there will be water in every part of the bike be it carb, or airbox and even the pet...rol tank also.. And after staying in waist deep water, I dont think the bike will start , because as soon you push the starter button, the water in the silence will be pulled in the engine and will seize the engine.. So I think that your bike started with the starter after standing in water is a real bull crap.. Try to go to Xbhp.com and update yourself regarding the situation of bikers in bombay after the heavy downpour...Read More

Buddy, an 125 cc bike can boas t of many technical terms, but for a lay man what counts is BHP. and in that case Super Splendor has only 9 BHP compared to 11.5 of Discover, 11 of Fazer and 10 of Victor 125. So according to me it is one of the worst product from HH.
