Its been already more than 1 month Yatra.com when you cancelled my booking. As per the policies I should have received the amount in my account till now. Dont you have some ethics or morality , you are mentally harassing the people and asking them to beg for their hard earned money. You guys don'...;t care to reply on the emails , also dont return the calls. I have spent more than Rs. 1000 on calls by calling Yatra.com from last one month. Your team is playing volleyball with my money. Every time there is a new travel consultant assigned to my case. Pathetic customer care service from worst company in the world. PEOPLE BEWARE NEVER USE YATRA.COM.
