Let me put my experience with Hathway as end user to make the picture clear what all customers are facing:- ... 1. No issue with plans you are offering to the customer. Good plans. 2. No issue with CS Team. They try their level best to help customers. Issues in Hathway:- 1. Call centre Manager never available to take calls even you request 100 timeS. Normal Operators does a good job. 2. All Problems of Hathway is from Radio Frequency Team (RF Team). Manager of all levels doesn't really care about customers because they don't have proper knowledge how to resolve. 3. RF Team is being shielded from CS Team. RF team want to resolve all issues via CS Team. They use CS Teams as Firewall. 4.RF Team from 'Cable Laying Team to Managers' don't work properly or dispose of their duties. Just leave half way and leave customers crying and shouting on Call centre and CS Team. 5.RF Team hides real issue to CS Team. Update wrong information to CS Team and wants CS Team to fight with customers. 6. Lack of responsibility and honesty from RF Team is causing huge problems to customers. How to Resolve the RF Problems:- 1. Give KT (knowledge transfer) to technical team with help from some good resource. Hire good technical experts. 2. Increase strength of Ground Staff of RF Team. Even metro net (bell tele services) is also worst. They promise 10Mbps for Rs 999/- and once u take take will tell the ration is 1:4 or 1:10. You will get 10Mbps very less and most of time it will be less than 2 Mbps also. Cheater metro net bangalore

They will put optical fibre till cable operator and from there onwards the cable guys will give intern...ent. He is having only swtich other than it is controlled by metro net. I took 10 Mbps plan and for first month (3 weeks) i was getting 9.8 MBps upload and download and after my night mare started. I started getting 0.2 Mbps to 3 Mbps and sometime 9.5 Mbps. When i call them they will say fibre cut and we will look into the issue. The call centere of metro net are bunch of fools who don't know anything . Horrible experince . The biggest problem is that lack of interest to resolve the issue of customers. Metro Net does not send any technical person to help cable operator in case of any issue. Just they give telecon advice. Customer care does not know anything except recharging and some few small question. They will no...t share there manager/ team leader number also in case you have any trouble. In worst scenario they will tell that to contact cable operator (provider) and he himself does not know how to fix the issue. In a nutshell all operator in India cheats. But why no answer to it ? The business Model of Bell Tele Service(Metro Net) is cleverly planned and making good money out of it. As they have huge network they will put optical fibre cable wire to cable operator and from there cable operator manage from laying the line and collecting the rent every month. MetroN...et knows that what they advertise they can't provide and so they give it to cable operator so that all complaints will be taken by cable operator. Cable operator acts like fire wall. He just has Switch and other than that everything is controlled by Metro Net. If you have any issue you are asked to call cable operator and cable operator asks us to call meto net. Finally it is customer who becomes sandwich in between them. If you call call cable operator and metro net you will get standard answer. No one is having problem only you have issue.
