Inside sales team is the worst in Virtusa. Bad and worst Team leader, if he is not there then Virtusa may got some good reviews. he dont know how to lead a team. he has one more chamcha, who dont know nothing but is assitant to the TL in marketing.

Inside Sales Management is worst, i had bad experience with my teamleader, He accesses facebook and chats with his friends, and he exclates if we open the facebook. he tells all crow and bull stories to the higher management. he never allows us to talk to the higher management. our manager who sit...s in UK only listens to the teamleader. horrible life for inside sales team.Read More
