My only question is. Why did you bought this phone at the first place when there was the option of Motorola or other stock android phones available in the market. There is a phone for every type of consumer these days. Talking about UI its not made for everyone its for the people who don't want THE ...NORMAL and more for money! And like you said you can't find files in Mi max in desktop its because you have to turn on the MTP( Storage) on to transfer anything at all from the device to pc, its a Android M security feature not MIUI, otherwise anyone can connect your phone when you are not attentive and steal your data. And all the PC suits and trouble you are did was just lack of knowledge. There nothing wrong with MIUI 8 its just new to every user but as an android device you can make it as stock as it can by using a Nova launcher, you on the other hand should always buy a stock android as I can understand at your age its not comfortable to shift from one OS to another. I do agree with other things like support of MI and service centres they are not customer friendly at all and efficient enough. In case of trouble you can't get help from them but will be charged hefty for small repairs. My advice would be just to sell your phone and get a stock one. And yes and yes again you can't trust Mi with their market strategy. They just rob the customers in most safest fraudulent ways they can.Read More
