They are not bothered at all. I had a similar experience with them. All shameless bunch of people. Everytime I go there I have to escalate to their GM - Anwar or Service Manager - Faruq Merchant. Very bad service. Why Honda has kept the dealership is a point to ponder despite so many complaints.

Same experience with me. I used to use only Meru earier. But they seems to have a problem in controling their cab drivers. I shifted away to more useful cabs like - Mega cabs and Tab cabs now. They at least confirm whether the cab will come for pick up at the requested time. Misguiding customers about Price

Dear Shiva, Agreed that Octroi is always extra price and one should not avoid paying it. But think from customer perspective. When a customer buys a product - he should be aware of the total price he has to pay for it. My problem is not paying the Octroi - but Buytheprice people did not tell me th...at the price of the phone is not what I paid at their site but 5% extra also has to be paid for Octroi. They do not care for the customer at all. I had a similar experience while buying a mobile phone. They did not tell me that their courier will ask for money. Although I paid full amount at the time of ordering, the courier - First Flight - charged me Rs. 467 as Octroi. I had to fight tooth and nail ...to get that back. They are trying to cheat the customers behind some excuse. Their customer service number is not available and anyway it works till 6 PM. I had an opposite experience. Buytheprice charged me extra money on delivery as Octroi and Service tax. I had t ofight with the courier guy but he refused to deliver without getting cash. Then I had to go through a bad experience calling them, writing to them and fighting with the inefficient custom...er service to get my money back. I had even written to their management but they have not bothered to even respond to my mail. I wrote on their facebook page but they deleted my posts.
