Normally any Ac needs periodical services after every 6 months. Any time Remotes will not cover under warranty. Instead of repairing it one can go for Original New remote. Normally after 5 years some parts may worn out depends on the usage. Suresh Reddy

sir, Su-kam is a very reliable brand in the market and customer did not given the model name of the product and at the same time user has not clearly given the details of the problem what they faced.
