The experience is same with all the ppl going for any service with an appt. all the staff will start behaving in a panicked manner as if some alien has arrived on earth...they will not know whom to escalate which issue properly..one staff member will keep on asking other for an update..and if asked ...will give u the plastic smile:P
Also, the pedicures and manicures are really worst in here; once i asked the staff doing pedi for me about some other pedi, she said ''I donot know'', look at the knowledge they have about what they do...one more thing i have noticed, if you get service which r costlier they will entertain u like a queen but else they myt treat u v simple..i dun know if that actually makes a sense for some ppl but i feel v sensitive towards such behaviour///also, taking an appt is of no use in BODYCRAFT, it is good for massages,haircut,eyrbrows services thats it...in case if you feel any difficulty while haircut, i suggest to speak-out..tell them what you need...scream..shout..at least i wud do that if i am paying so much for any service :PRead More
