Agree with you rishabh the quality of the product is no where what they claim its more like seconds sale or exports rejects placed 6 orders out which 2 orders were delivered to my misery one order random stuff was sent and one broken piece of jewelery second order one thing was out of stock and anot...her was sent in broken state. Company claims its fresh but am getting 100% sure feeling its seconds and exports rejects what we are getting how can there quality check can mess up 2 times and its just not for me alone.Read More

Dear pygmalion well i completely agree to you the customer service is really bad. There is no response to emails, livechat never works and phone calls are waste of ones money. After they removed the clause of minimum purchase (which is back but now its 1500 minimum) i place 2 orders with 5 items... in total and redeemed my vouchers (also they do do have problems with voucher redemption as many time it doesn't show up) and its will be 2 months on 7th sept. and till date only one item is delivered rest all are out of stock or not available. i am not buying anything at all form the site also whoever i recommended asking them not to place any orders with them. I received many replies when i posted on there facebook comment section (let everyone know about there bad service post it on there facebook page) all they said was sorry and sorry and sorry but till date not yet deliver. i hope posting on there facebook may get you your order as i ma going to do the same today again.Read More

bought stuff with my referral vouchers but till date (40+days) no one responded to my emails no one comes to live chat and last but not least no one replies to the phone even afte ri waited for almost 15 minutes it always says your call is important to us we will be with you shortly and that shortly... never comes. my friend whom i referred made his order on 23 july and received it on 2 august where else i place my order on 7/7/10 and till date the status is marked as to be dispatched the reason being he made payment by credit card and i paid through referral vouchers. well the bad experience was all about food and it ruined our valentine day (which is time lost and its not going to come back even if you apologize like million time) my concern is all that even after paying such high prices one get the cheapest food possible (cauliflower is cheap in pondi i chec...ked).... in starters, main course anything you eat for that matter.... so basically zest just rip people of there money.... 'Assuring you the best of our services at all times. dear madam nainikaa thanks for replying here are few answers for the clarification you provided. there are many other ways to make it look like a bus stop visit some places for ideas... as mentioned earlier it doesnt match our taste, cause as per our taste there are many other way...s to make it look like waiting room of bus stand. well dont tell me the bathroom and room floors are made of concrete to keep the rooms cool (you can put marbel it is cooler) be proud to admit we are cutting cost and keeping it cheap, and this is the first time i am hearing that people left it like that because of heat and tiles produce heat (you dont trust your general's A/C)...... still wondering what are you trying to say.... as per signal problem of world space radio ... i would say please confirm your facts ... as per the person who attended the problem there is one radio tower each block.... and radio of room 234 was working fine and the radio was faulty in room no. 233 which when he replaced started working fine.... so the problem was not absolutely technical.... just FYI get your facts before quoting... well madam i wonder when you travel with your spouse and forgot your dental kit what you are suppose to do...... well i guess young and energetic people dont brush.... and as per room service goes picture this... after a long day enjoying activities provided by the resort... one is tend to get tired... and dont want to leave comfort of there room... why you expect that everyone will be young and energetic through out 24 hrs.... remeber that people come to your place to relax and spend some quality time not run around in middle of night for water bottle or for that matter anything...... for your information been to many hotels all around india when company is same policies are same put a big board near the reception we are same company but cater different people (young and energetic) so old people stay away (by the way we are all less then 38 years of Read More

The floor of the room as well of the bathroom is made of concrete to keep the rooms cool in the scroching heat of Puducherry and give it a rough look. There are times when there is a signal problem and the World Space Radio does not work. The problem is absolutely technical. We do not provide dental kits in the bathroom. As the concept of Zest is based on enjoyment of young and energetic people, room services are not provided. The activities in Club Mahindra resorts are different from those of Zest.
