somnath dey is really full of self centered ego. Once I heard him saying that 'you don't work with your company you work with your manager'. So you can see how he puts himself before company. how he puts his own goals before company's goal. And he is not the only one there is Shahid Beg, Asha Gopina...th, Vikas Jamwal and few more managers just like him who puts themselves before company.
