Which firmware you are talking about? Tablet is non-upgradable, there new firmware is just upgrading app market look n feel. Try downloading skype or good application, app maket will show you incompitiable message. I am been fade of product as I cannot do anything except playing games. Battery l...ife is damn poor. There service center is pathetic in Surat. Company is not even releasing 3.x version which is meant for tablets. If you are guy from company which I doubt, you probably need to point your Manager towards this comment.Read More

Using product from last 3 months, too much heavy in weight. Most of apps will not be available to you via app market. You will not be able to transfer large files from PC to tablet.
