Good Morning…. One day Maths teacher asked her students to list the names of the other students in the room on two sheets of paper, leaving a space between each name.
Then she told them to think of the nicest thing they could say about each of their classmates and write it down. It took the remainder of the class period to finish their assignment, and as the students left the room, each one handed in the papers. That Saturday, the teacher wrote down the name of each student on a separate sheet of paper, and listed what everyone else had said about that individual. On Monday she gave each student his or her list. Before long, the entire class was smiling. 'Really?' she heard whispered. 'I never knew that I meant anything to anyone!' and, 'I didn't know others liked me so much,' were most of the comments. No one ever mentioned those papers in class again. She never knew if they discussed them after class or with their parents, but it didn't matter. The exercise had accomplished its purpose. The students were happy with themselves and one another. That group of students moved on. Several years later, one of the students was killed in 'Kargil' war and his teacher attended the funeral of that special student. She had never attended Funeral of a serviceman before. He looked so handsome, so mature. The place was packed with his friends. One by one those who loved him took a last walk. The teacher was the last one to bless . As she stood there, one of the soldiers who acted as pallbearer came up to her. 'Were you Sanjay's math teacher?' he asked. She nodded: 'yes.' Then he said: 'Sanjay talked about you a lot..' After the funeral, most of Sanjay's former classmates were there. Sanjay's mother and father were there, obviously waiting to speak with his teacher. 'We want to show you something,' his father said, taking a wallet out of his pocket 'They found this on Sanjay when he was killed. We thought you might recognize it.' Opening the billfold, he carefully removed two worn pieces of notebook paper that had obviously been taped, folded and refolded many times. The teacher knew without looking that the papers were the ones on which she had listed all the good things each of Sanjay's classmates had said about him. 'Thank you so much for doing that,' Sanjay's mother said. 'As you can see, Sanjay treasured it.' All of Sanjay's former classmates started to gather around. Arjun smiled rather sheepishly and said, 'I still have my list. It's in the top drawer of my desk at home.'
Prithwiraj's wife said, ' Prithwiraj asked me to put his in our wedding album.' 'I have mine too,' Rashmi said. 'It's in my diary' Then Deepali, another classmate, reached into her pocketbook, took out her wallet and showed her worn and frazzled list to the group. 'I carry this with me at all times,' Deepali said and without batting an eyelash, she continued: 'I think we all saved our lists' That's when the teacher finally sat down and cried. She cried for Sanjay and for all his friends who would never see him again. The density of people in society is so thick that we forget that life will end one day. And we don't know when that one day will be. So please, tell the people you love and care for, that they are special and important. Tell them, before it is too late. And One Way To Accomplish This Is: Forward this message on. If you do not send it, you will have, once again passed up the wonderful opportunity to do something nice and beautiful. But its upto U to fwd this one. If you've received this, it is because someone cares for you and it means there is probably at least someone for whom you care. If you're 'too busy' to take those few minutes right now to forward this message on, would this be the VERY first time you didn't do that little thing that would make a difference in your relationships? The more people that you send this to, the better you'll be at reaching out to those you care about. Remember, you reap what you sow. What you put into the lives of others comes back into your own. May Your Day Be Blessed As Special As You . rgds Suketu

A store that sells husbands has just opened in New York City , where a woman may go to choose a husband.
Among the instructions at the entrance is a description of how the store operates. You may visit the store ONLY ONCE!
There are six floors and the attributes of the men increase as the shopper ascends the flights. There is, however, a catch. ... You may choose any man from a particular floor, or you may choose to go up a floor, but you cannot go back down except to exit the building! So, a woman goes to the Husband Store to find a husband. .
On the first floor the sign on the door reads:
Floor 1 - These men have jobs and love the Lord.
*********
The second floor sign reads:
Floor 2 - These men have jobs, love the Lord, and love kids.
*********
The third floor sign reads:
Floor 3 - These men have jobs, love the Lord, love kids, and are extremely good looking.
"Wow," she thinks, but feels compelled to keep going.
*********
She goes to the fourth floor and sign reads:
Floor 4 - These men have jobs, love the Lord, love kids, are drop- dead good looking and help with the housework.
"Oh, mercy me!" she exclaims, "I can hardly stand it!"
*********
Still, she goes to the fifth floor and sign reads:
Floor 5 - These men have jobs, love the Lord, love kids, are drop- dead gorgeous, help with the housework, and have a strong romantic streak.
She is so tempted to stay, but she goes to the sixth floor and the sign reads:
*********
Floor 6 - You are visitor 4,363,012 to this floor. There are no men on this floor. This floor exists solely as proof that women are impossible to please.
Thank you for shopping at the Husband Store. Watch your step as you exit the building, and have a nice day!
*********
Send this to all men for a good laugh and to all the women who can handle the truth!

THE INTERVIEW WITH GOD I dreamed I had an interview with GOD. "So you would like to interview me?',GOD asked. "If you have the time",I asked. GOD SMILED "My time is eternity...what questions do you have in mind for me?",GOD asked "What surprises you most about human kind?" GOD answered "That they get bored with childhood, they rush to grow up and then long to be children again. That they lose their health to make money and they lose their money to restore their health. That by thinking anxiously about the future they forget the present such that they live in neither the present nor the future. That they live as if they will never die and die as though they have never lived." GOD's hand took mine and we were sitting for a while and then I asked "What are some of the life's lessons you would want your children to learn?" "To learn that they cannot make someone love then. All they can do is let them be loved. To learn that is is not good to compare themselves to thers. To learn to forgive by practising forgiveness. To learn that it only takes a fwew seconds to open profound wounds in those they love and it takes several years to heal them. To learn that a rich person is not one who has the most but is one who needs the least. To learn that there are people who love you dearly but simply donot yet know how to express and show their feelings. To learn that it is not enough that they forgive one another but they must also forgive themselves" "That you for your time",I said. "Is there anything else you would like your children to know?",I asked. GOD smiled and said "Just know that I am here ALWAYS". ------------------------------- ------------------------------- -------------------------- Dear Mates No matter what walk or life you are from, you can be sure of four things:- 1)That hope wil get you thru the worst of times provided you have the will and desire. 2)That love will mend your wounds 3)That you get better with age and 4)That GOD will always be there for you. Smile because life is beautiful. rgds Suketu

The Art of Being Well 1)...Speak your feelings.
Emotions and feelings that are hidden, repressed, end in illnesses as: gastritis, ulcer, lumbar pains, spinal. With time, the repression of the feelings degenerates to the cancer. Then, we go to a confidante, to share our intimacy, ours "secret", our errors! The dialogue, the speech, the word, is a powerful remedy and an excellent therapy! If you don’t want to be ill...
If you don’t want to be ill... 2)
2)...Make Decisions.
The undecided person remains in doubt, in anxiety, in anguish. Indecision accumulates problems, worries and aggressions. Human history is made of decisions. To decide is precisely to know to renounce, to know to lose advantages and values to win others. The undecided people are victims of gastric ailments, nervous pains and problems of the skin. If you don’t want to be ill...
3)...Find Solutions.
Negative people do not find solutions and they enlarge problems. They prefer lamentation, gossip, pessimism. It is better to light a match that to regret the darkness. A bee is small, but produces one of the sweetest things that exist. We are what we think. The negative thought generates negative energy that is transformed into illness. If you don’t want to be ill...
4)...Don’t Live By Appearances.
Who hides reality, pretends , poses and always wants to give the impression of being well. He wants to be seen as perfect, easy-going, etc. but is accumulating tons of weight. A bronze statue with feet of clay. There is nothing worse for the health than to live on appearances and facades. These are people with a lot of varnish and little root. Their destiny is the pharmacy, the hospital and pain. If you don’t want to be ill...
5)...Accept.
The refusal of acceptance and the absence of self-esteem, make us alienate ourselves. Being at one with ourselves is the core of a healthy life. They who do not accept this, become envious, jealous, imitators, ultra-competitive, destructive. Be accepted, accept that you are accepted, accept the criticisms. It is wisdom, good sense and therapy. If you don’t want to be ill...
6)...Trust.
Who does not trust, does not communicate, is not opened, is not related, does not create deep and stable relations, does not know to do true friendships. Without confidence, there is not relationship. Distrust is a lack of faith in you and in faith itself. If you don’t want to be ill...
7)...Do Not Live Life Sad.
Good humor. Laughter. Rest. Happiness. These replenish health and bring long life. The happy person has the gift to improve the environment wherever they live. “Good humor saves us from the hands of the doctor". Happiness is health and therapy. rgds Suketu

What is NOT love
--If you love someone because he/she is hot and gorgeous, its NOT love, its "infatuation". --If you love someone because yu think you shoudl not leave him because others think you should not, then its NOT love, its a "compromise" --If you love somone because you cannot leave him thinknig that it will hurt his feelings, its NOT love, its "charity". --If you love someone because you share everything with him,its NOT love, its "friendship" BUT --If you feel the pain of the other person more than him even when he is stable and you cry for him, that's love. --If you get attracted to other people but stay with him without any regrets, that's love. --If you let him go knowning that he has to go but doesnot want to,that's ove.
Personally,I donot agree entirely with the above but it does offer some food-for-thought.

A giant ship engine failed. The ship's owners tried one expert after another, but none of them could figure out how to fix the engine. Then they brought in an old man who had been fixing ships since he was a young. He carried a large bag of tools with him, and when he arrived, he immediately went to work. He inspected the engine very carefully, top to bottom. Two of the ship's owners were there, watching this man, hoping he would know what to do. After looking things over, the old man reached into his bag and pulled out a small hammer. He gently tapped something. Instantly, the engine lurched into life. He carefully put his hammer away. The engine was fixed! A week later, the owners received a bill from the old man for ten thousand dollars. "What?!" the owners exclaimed. "He hardly did anything!" So they wrote the old man a note saying, "Please send us an itemized bill." The man sent a bill that read: Tapping with a hammer...... ......... ........ $ 2.00 Knowing where to tap.......... ......... ...... $ 9, 998.00
Effort is important, but knowing where to make an effort makes all the difference!

In a hugh dockyard in London, there were containers of each country in the world lying there full of live crabs. The containers of each country were covered from the top except that of one country-India.The container of India containing crabs was uncovered from the top. This perplexed a visitor who asked the dockyard owner why only the Indian container was left open from the top and that of every other country was closed from the top. The dockyard owner replied :-"Its simple. If we left the containers of other countries open, all the crabs would climb to the top and walk out. However with the Indian crabs it is never so as everytime an Indian crab tries to climb up the container ,another crab pulls it down and therefore none of the Indian crabs is able to leave the container!!!!!!!!!!!" No wonder a lot of peopel think the crab should replace the tiger as Indian national animal! Stay far far away from such "Indian crabs" who might be yr fair-weathered freind, neighbour, school colleague, etc. It might make you unpopular but it will take you streets ahead in terms of being a much better human being. And,not to forget, dont ever be a crab yourself.I mean an Indian crab! Regards Suketu

The only survivor of a shipwreck was washed up on a small, uninhabited island. He prayed feverishly for God to rescue him. Every day he scanned the horizon for help, but none seemed forthcoming. Exhausted, he eventually Managed to build a little hut out of driftwood to protect him from the elements, and to store his few possessions. One day, after scavenging for food, he arrived home to find his little hut in flames, with smoke rolling up to the sky. He felt the worst had happened and everything was lost. He was stunned with disbelief, grief, and anger. He cried out, "God! How could you do this to me?" Early the next day, he was awakened by the sound of a ship approaching the island! It had come to rescue him! "How did you know I was here?", asked the weary man of his rescuers. "We saw your smoke signal,"they replied. Moral: It's easy to get discouraged when things are going bad, but we shouldn't lose heart, because God is at work in our lives, even in the midst of our pain and suffering. Remember that the next time your little hut seems to be burning to the ground. It just may be a smoke signal that summons the Grace of God. ......

There was once a guy who was very much in love with his girl. This romantic guy folded 1,000 pieces of paper cranes as a gift to his girl. Although, at that time he was just a small fry in his company, his future doesn't seem too bright, they were very happy together. Until one day, his girl told him she was going to Paris and will never come back. She also told him that she couldn't visualize any future for the both of them, so let 's go their own ways there and then... Heartbroken, the guy agreed. But when he regained his confidence, he worked hard day and night, slogging his body and mind just to make something out of him. Finally with all these hard work and with the help of friends, this guy had set up his own company... "You never fail until you stop trying." One rainy day, while this guy was driving, he saw an elderly couple sharing an umbrella in the rain walking to some destination. Even with the umbrella, they were still drenched. It didn't take him long to realize those were his girl's parents. With a heart at getting back at them, he drove slowly beside the couple, wanting them to spot him in his luxury sedan. He wanted them to know that he wasn't the same anymore, he had his own company, car, condo, etc. He made it! Before the guy can realize, the couple was walking towards a cemetery, and he got out of his car and followed them...and he saw his girl, a photograph of her smiling sweetly as ever at him from her tombstone... and he saw his paper cranes beside her... Her parents saw him. He asked them why this had happened. They explained, she did not leave for France at all. She was ill with cancer. She had believed that he would make it someday, but she did not want to be his obstacle ... therefore she had chose to leave him... "Just because someone doesn't love you the way you want them to doesn't mean they don't love you with all they have." She had wanted her parents to put his paper cranes beside her, because, if the day comes when fate brings him to her again... he can take some of those back with him... "Once you have loved, you will always love. For what's in your mind may escape but what's in your heart will remain forever." "Find time to realize that there is one person who mean so much to you, for you might wake up one morning losing that person whom you thought meant nothing to you." The guy just wept ... The worst way to miss someone is to be sitting right beside them but knowing you can't have them... "
