The vendor told me again and again that the CAKE is delivered at 4:00 PM. After calling the vendor and rediff customer service multiple times that there is no delivery came to the address, they sent the delivery boy at 11:30 PM to deliver the CAKE. We have not accepted the CAKE and returned it. IS 1...1:30 PM the time to deliver any item that is birthday cake and that also said complete lie initially that the cake is delivered to the address at 4:00 PM.
