Palak I think you are from the breed of misinformed junkies who have no idea of the greatness of an emperor. I can provide a flurry of such fake links. It proves nothing. Go and see the monuments created by these kings. It is these monuments that get tourists attracted and visit India. If you have s...uch views about the creators of these majestic monuments, why don't you have the self-respect to do away with their monuments as well? Go through the following links as they may enlighten you. Most of what you say in your represented link was articulated by the Rajputs and not Akbar. http://indiaopines.com/maharana-pratap/ http://in.answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20120515015528AAzgGt6 http://www.echarcha.com/forum/archive/index.php/t-37008.html Read More

Ekta Kapoor has so many laurels of disaster to the Indian community that I have decided to name her Phekta Kapoor. Because none of what she shows is even remotely close to the facts. Her serial, for example, Anamika, she glorifies evil and makes all deities look puny and helpless as they are kic...Read more

I bought my Yammie on April 20th 2012. The bike is a dream but the dealer (JM Motors, Noida) service was a nightmare. The second service made me feel as if I was dead and in hell. I want to award Ekta Kapoor for proving that she is the most idiotic thing that has money and clout to hoist TV shows. She has again effortlessly proved that a hollow head can exist and be on the display as well, with her latest joke called Jodha Akbar on ZeeTV. I really don't know what she must ...Read more

Even I am having this problem of bike frequently shutting down right in the middle of the road between heavy traffic. It is very dangerous and can be fatal as well. I did complain to the only service and sale centre of Yamaha in Noida but they have done nothing so far about it. My bike is in the fre...e service period but all they do is wipe and wash the bike and return it without any rectification. I even raised a complaint on the consumer forum but corruption has crept into every domain so no one wants to do anything. Though the product is excellent Japanese technology but the Indian corruption nullifies the entire positivity.Read More

If you ride it rarely, the mileage ought to be great ;)

Honestly, Yamaha does not build bikes on the lines of mileage. They have never intended to do so. So its like asking for something which has never been put up for sale. If you want mileage bikes, try Unicorn, Pulsar (after two years you won't feel the mileage because the bike has all other musical e...rrors in it :D), Hero Achiever (pure mileage, nothing else). One should go for a Yamaha bike only when mileage is not a top priority. But then amongst the Yamaha arsenal, this bike has the highest mileage. So, to conclude, you cannot have the best of both the worlds. How can your horse run a race if you give it less to eat, unless you intend to use it for kiddie rides ;) Same funda works here. A well-fed stallion (Yamaha) is meant for the races.Read More

I get my bike serviced from the Noida centre and their corrupt technicians do something which I have never imagined. They used the oil from other bikes that come to get serviced and move them to the newer bikes. Once I saw this, I immediately decided to speak to the manager and bring this to his not...ice. But the manager was the head of the devils. He said if your bike has a problem then let me know, do not worry about others. I was shocked. This agency should be taken to task as they are screwing up Honda's image bigtime.Read More

A lot depends on the mechanic servicing a bike. I have a Unicorn which is a fabulous bike, also a Jap make like the Yamaha. However, when my pet mechanic left for his native place, I had to get a new one to service the bike. He screwed up. Now after 6 years of decent use (I am not a rash driver but ...I do ride at high speeds till I am able to control the bike) the bike stops in the middle of the roads at times. I have to steer it at the side and then wait because the kick gets free (God knows why). After a minute, it is back in action. However I am planning to sell it and buy a good bike. Any suggestions? At times I think I should continue with my old stallion rather than sell it but its very confusing because I keep on getting late for office too because of this problem.Read More

Fabulous review buddy ! You put everything across the table, the meat as well as the bones. I have a Honda Unicorn 2005 model but now it stops in the middle of the ride and I have to take it to the side, wait for some seconds and then restart it. I have shown it to the mechanic umpteen number of tim...es but he simply overcharges and the problem vanishes for sometime but returns later. So I have decided to sell it off and go for a Yamaha. The price difference between SZ R and FZ16 is 12500. I like the SZ R but I was apprehensive about it being a slouch. But the FZ series consume too much fuel and petrol will soon hit the 100 rs mark. Still confused about what to do. My office is within 10 kms from my house but on an average, I do 20 kms per day. What do you suggest?Read More
