Serious Health hazard - AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE

Most of us do not verify the autenticity of the claim made by the company. Thanks for sharing the TDS results and the feedback. Also other RO purifiers from Aquaguard do not even mention anything about mineral retention - something a 11k RO purifier from Kent does!

The service cannot be worse than Aquaguard! There is no accountability of any sort in Aquaguard wrt customer service. Even repeated calls go to the call center but the technicial says he cannot do anything about strange white particles in the water coming through the outlet (the water going in is ac...tually cleaner) from my Aquaguard! When it comes to followup & service, it cant get worse than Aquaguard. There is no sense of accountability in thier customer service dept! Even if you file repeated complaints they dont care. Looking for non-Aquaguard options to change my water purifier.

Aquaguard after sales service is a nightmare! We started getting strange white partciles after they changed the 2 filters as a part of the AMC contract. They have no clue on how to go about fixing the issue now. Each time I call them they take their own sweet time to turn up (its like a favour they ...are doing showing up!). Last time they took the purifier to their office for ''observation'' for 10 days, got it back when they had the time - only to realise the problem is not solved and the purifier is broken. Great Indian/ Chinese restaurant! I guess 3/4 of the people go there for the excellent Indian cuisine. The Chinese food also happens to be great. The best part however is the ambience!!

Nokia smartphone like C601 - terrible battery life

Its been 4 months since I bought this phone. There was never a time the battery lasted more than 30 hrs even in Standby mode. I even replaced the battery with a new one from a Priority dealer - its no different. The phone the great features - the downside is that:- 1. The battery does not last fo...r more than 30 hours even on Standby. 2. Nokia has used cheap plastic for the outer body to cut costs - the color starts pealing off after a month. I now live with 3 chargers 1 at home, 1 at office and 1 when I travel. Its so bad that on a trip to Goa I had charged the battrery overnight and was depending on the GPS to get back to the resort - the charge got over mid day as I took some photos!!Read More

BTW Nokia service also sucks. The battery went dead in 4 months. The service center has taken the old battery and will "conduct tests" on the dead battery and will replace it after 1 week to 10 days as it has to be shipped!
