Very True, I've been trying to get in touch with their customer care since 22 May and till date I have not been able to. Thanks a lot for this review. I was going to buy the same model from Glen tomorrow. Now after reading this, I will not make the same mistake. We have to start boycotting these companies who even after selling crappy products dare to run away without servicing these faulty products of theirs.

The companies have to sit up and realize that they cannot just fool the customers like the way they do today.
