You are talking about customer service, I am quite surprised to read this fake review as they do not give any customer service no to contact. My Multiple reminders thru their contact us page have gone waste.

Choosing a Washing Machine

There is some issue with the pricing. The MRP the stores state is more than listed on their website... I am looking at 1403TD25(8Kg) and LG website says 38,990/-. However, the LG Best Shop states the MRP as 43,500/-.
