CORRUPTION CONTROL
The fundamental philosophy would be that the government would progressively cease to be an authority and would transform itself to be a catalyst facilitating growth and all round well being of all the people. The size of the bureaucracy is to be drastically cut down. The need f...or each and every existing government institution is to be critically reviewed for this purpose. Nearly all the public sector industry is to be privatized.
Wiping out corruption is not a Herculian task as our politicians and bureaucrats has taught us to believe. The method to wipe out corruption is simple. A capable and honest Prime Minister/Chief Minister who has strong public support, selects honest and capable Ministers. These Ministers appoint honest officers at the top slots of the bureaucracy. These good bureaucrats in turn posts the good officers available from within the service in key and 'attractive' posts and such a chain of good people will control the whole administrative machinery. There is no shortage of such good and capable officers in our government services to fill such positions. The current situation is that such good officers are dumped in unimportant posts. In addition, the support received at present from higher positions to the corrupt officials, gives them strength to practice corruption. When such support vanishes, corruption will die. But the key point is that the masses should support such Prime Minister and Chief Ministers very strongly even in their adversities. It is possible that the forces of corruption and evil will succeed in unseating such good Chief Minsters and Prime Minister with court intervention, or adverse media publicity. In such eventualities the public should re-elect such leaders with greater majority. Once that happens the forces of corruption and evil will leave the scene defeated.

What science says about those tender feelings. Love has toppled kings, inspired poets, sparked wars, soothed beasts, and changed the course of history. It is credited for life's greatest joys, blamed for the most crushing sorrows. And, of course, it makes the world go round.
All of which is n...Read more
