I have already raised this complaint to you customer care many times and as per their recommendation I have visited your service center 3 times in last 1 year. Every time they keep the mobile with them for 3-5 days for investigation and the problem still persist even after they return from service. ...see the details below 1. Bill No - 4111120637 on 18-07-2011 - They kept the mobile for 3+ days for investigation and finally they did software reload and said everything fine. But the problems which I raised was not resolved . 2. Bill No - 4125000670 on 31.12.2011 - I replicated some of the complaint in front of service engineer before I hand over the phone for service. This time also they kept the mobile for 3+ days. While delivering the phone they informed me that they have replaced the mother board and reloaded the software and the problem will be resolved. But it started showing the same complaints after 2-3 weeks of time. 3. I visited your service center around last week of April 12 or 1st week of may (I dont remember the date exactly). As discussed with your customer care before visiting the service center, I discussed with the branch manager of siva communication velachery and I explained him about all the complaints. They didn't give any receipt this time, they asked me to wait for an hour and they just reloaded the software alone. They asked me to come back incase of any problems. My phone warranty expired on May 24, 2012 and I couldn't visit your service before expiry. During my last visit they informed me that I need to take the phone before warranty, if not they will charge for the service. Now, my question is, how many time I should take my phone for repair in an year? They couldn't rectify the issue with in 3 service and you still want me to visit your service center?
