I fully agree, SUN DTH is the worst from service / call center point of view.

Thanks. your review would certainly help me in planning my vacation in Bangkok. In my opinion CM should not tie up with such resorts otherwise they will loose their tag of being premium group. Foreign resort must be better, if not cant be accepted inferior then Indian.
