Hi Sidhartha, Yes it is resolved. But after 17 days. I don't appreciate the time taken to rectify the complaint. You should have certain SLAs for each request and associated metrics to employees. Else they would take their sweet time to close a request. Soon you would end up spoiling your brand imag...e with such customer responses. It is easy to loose a brand image than creating it. You should have proper escalation mechanism for unusual delays in service. The purpose of buying purifiers is to ensure uninterrupted supply of drinking water.
