Finally, they agreed to refund after two months of fighting with them ... I would not recommend this site for regular buys .. cuz my last three orders with them has been a real nightmare .... I am still in touch with them to fix the other two .. will post updates here!

I have not had any problems with Videocon products ... so really not sure about their service ... but have heard their service is very good .. After posting here in Mouthshut, I got a response to my mail, followed by a call. After sending pictures, the executive Ravi, agreed that the product was damaged beyond usability and that a replacement will sent immediately. He promised the replacement will be delivered on or before Thursday. Howeve...r, site showed ''Reshipment not initiated'' throughout ... After mailing Ravi again, I did not get a reply for three days ... so I sent a private message here and when they din reply for that, I posted a comment here. I got a reply the next day ... from Ravi, who said the product was already shipped few days back .. but the site is not updated with shipping details yet .. He assured it would be reaching me on time .. but again, so far nothing!! I spent 500 INR on smth, to use it for a function and now, the product was sent in a pathetic condition within three days, while for the replacement, it is taking forever!! About two weeks since I posted the complaint and yet to be resolved!!!!Read More

It's four days since I received a mail confirming reshipment. Even so, the status still shows reshipment not initiated on the site. I needed it for a wedding I am attending and need the delivery done, before it. I did not order it for daily use and it won't be useful if delivered late! Kin...dly check the status and ensure I get it delivered before Wednesday!
