They are holding by consignment sent from bookadda.com from last 8 days and updating wrong status each day ( http://www.aramex.com/express/track_results.aspx?q=aWQ9MjA3MTY4OTk3Jg%3d%3d-jk60TJIWX6I%3d) . Tortoise is ashamed of their delivery speed(Consignment took more than 10 days ...to reach to Indore and still not delivered to me) . The Indore,MP Office of Aramex is full irresponsible and’’’’Kamchor’’’’ workers , every time they called me on my mobile to Pickup the courier from their office by giving excuse of ’’’’Unable to Find Address’’’’ , ’’’’You were not present ’’’’ , ’’’’House was Locked’’’’ etc in fact they never visit to my locality on the given date. In case of above consignment also, a person from Aramex Indore (Phone Number 8435862119 called me and told me to Pickup the courier from the office and when I told him to deliver the courier to my residence they updated the tracking status as ’’’’ Attempted Delivery - Customer Not Available / Delivery Rescheduled ’’’’ . You are 100% correct. The shameless attitude of Indiaplaza.com is still continued. After almost 1 month they replied me by saying that ''we did not provide any commitment relating to the item in the stock''. This means that they will continue to list the ''Out of Stock'' items of their website by sh...owing them as ''In Stock and will be shipped in 2 days'', so that new buyer will fall into their trap and they will again hold the money of the buyer for long time and after getting many complaints from the buyer/customer at last they will reply shamelessly that '' we don't have this product in our stock so we are refunding your money and it will reach to you in next 7 to 10 days'' .Read More

Anyone can see by one month late response of Indiaplaza.com that they are not interested in improving their services and and also they are still careless in responding consumer complaints. Their shameless attitude continues by saying that ''we did not commit the stock availability of the item''. Thi...s means that they will continue to list the ''out of stock '' products on their website while they were not actually in their stock ,buyers will again falls into this trap and they will hold their money again for the long periods. @viru_viru Both you and pallabidas are trying to hide the mistakes of Discountsvu(or any other online store) by cursing Flipkart.com by commenting on my review about Discountsvu . pallabidas's review about Discountsvu is already marked as ''Suspicious'' by the moderators of mouthshut.com and when ...you guys find yourself unable to hide the wrong deeds of your patrons you are started attacking me personally which is not acceptable and tolerable in any way. @viru_viru I have checked your profile and I saw that you had not write a single review about Flipkart.com(If you really have any problem with them why you did not wrote an independent review about them ?), this puts question mark on your credibility also. This matter in whole encourages me put this matter before the Govt. of India's Department of IT as well Ministry of Consumer Affair to take strict action again Online Stores who are trying to cheat customers by displaying wrong information on their websites, holding customers money by displaying out of stock products, hiring fake and biased reviewers and feedback givers to cover-up their frauds.
