Absolutely horrible service from Flipkart and its supplier Melcom - Supplied the wrong product for the third Time after multiple complaints on 24-Nov-14- This is what brings the downfall of an organisation where initial success has gone to its head...

Oct 2, 2014 :: The harassment continues... The local Eureka Forbes services Engg. Mr. Jitendra came and after half hour left saying they will submit a report to Head office... they are not authorised to do anything. They checked that input TDS was 500 unlike the guy who came yesterday who saw it at ...400. In fact they had 2 machines and both gave different readings. The output was same as yesterday at 157. They kept saying that this is how it must have been earlier also... i tried telling them that earlier it was around 58 before they changed the membrane a month back... they refused to believe... Pathetic Customer Service. This after a week of complaints... Problem still unresolved...Read More

As expected, someone from Eureka Forbes came and said he is not the right person as this comes under someone else's jurisdiction... However he checked and found that the RO is not even reducing TDS... Input TDS is 400 and output 150... that means defective or old cartridges are being put in by your ...dealers / Service centers who take the AMC... As usual complete bureaucracy and corruption from top to bottom in your company it seems... Can someone responsible take action...Read More

I certainly would want to get an HP one after this horrible experience with Samsung... My first laser printer that i purchased from HP in 2005 is still working... only problem is it was not an MFP... now i have to buy an HP MFP i guess...

I had refilled it once last year, but the chip was not easily available and now since the model is no longer in circulation, i don't think we will get the chip... also after refilling the print quality was smudgy and status on printer cartridge ink that used to come online was no longer visible...
