Very Bad Customer Service

The state of affairs are so bad that i have to call the Folks again to get the machine repaired :-( I did few calls from their customer care teams after 2-3 days of getting my machine repaired by multiple followups. The guys informed me that please drop and email at customerservice@ifbglobal.com aft...er raising the request on Phone. It seems they no control over the local service vendors and no ways to regulate them for good service. I used a Samsung Top load in past and the folks at Samsung were quick to follow up and work the complaints. I have to live with IFB for few years at least :-(Read More

Very bad customer service on Complaint Number: 14048846. It been 12 days and no response after multiple reminders and call backs. I bought IFB and not Siemens Washing Machine because of customer service. If this is going to be the quality of your service, I would have better bought Siemens. Gaurav
