dear yshudi even i have SUVIDHA Womans account for my wife. the problem faced by you are also faced by me. when they charged first time Rs. 100/- for visiting bank. i was told that since SUVIDHA account is handled from Chennai Office and not from any local branch, so for using branch facilit...y, i need to pay for it. initially two times i got it reversed and now-a-days i dont visit branch for anything. about OCL they charge you a fee of Rs. 500 + service tax, if you cross the limit even by one rupee on any given day. even i was charged the same for over-spening Rs. 1000/-, somehow i could manage to get it reverse by citibank. u can take up the matter with customer care and talk to any senior executive, they always help. rajRead More
