Not meeting my expectations is an under statement, when the offer is 40 to 50 % below what is offered in the open market, What are you guys but a Con, just impressing the gullible customer with unrealistic claims and false advts. could you even prove or substantiate even one of your ads ?

Agreed, but the situation was not so bad until 3 years ago, we never had a problem with bookings till they were on-line, then the hanky panky started, The resorts are undoubtedly the best.
