Yesterday got call from Lenskart that their courier service will contact me but no one contacted .Today someone calls from Lenskart , I told him to deliver it to my home address as I would be leaving in few hours and would come after 15 days.I was told it would take 3-4 days if I change the address ..., hence I should cancel the order and place a new order when I come back.
Firstly this is complete B*** S*** ,there should be control over courier service
Secondly why should I place fresh order If I cancel my existing order..none way I am going to that direction again
Sectacles and lenses are not like apparels, these are important medical items and Lenskart should show some responsibility when handling important products like this.Read More

I have changed my view towards Myntra not because I got my product but for the support and help from one person,Mr Chirag Bhuva.I am not praising Myntra as 100% perfect but the hard work and effort he is devoting is really admirabl...e.Online marketing is still at a nascent stage in India .Good service and convenience could be its biggest USPs ,though Myntra is not perfect but they are working hard to make it better.I will shop again from Myntra only because they deserve more chances for the effort they are putting in and last but not the least for the great leadership of Mr Chirag.Read More
