Now , today i came to know a new story about Tikona. First of all i want to include that my original issue of modem has not been resolved so far. They made a call[like they made 20 times in past 15 days] , then told me to call me in next 30 mins Today i came to know a new thing... in month of Nov... i have done recharge of 1999 to get the voucher of 30 GB usages of tikona. Now the account department is telling a new story to me. As i have not converted this into voucher , this will be charged with normal usages of 10 paise/MB and hence i can get only 15 GB now and he is forcing me to pay another 500 Rs now to convert it into voucher. I asked him , why i had done recharge with 1999 when i really dont need a voucher, and i have done online payment with guidelines of their excutive. now i cant see such a helpless and clueless customer care so far , where none of the time no senior person is available to make a reply and every single time they told you to get a call back in 30 mins [ you can spent your entire life to wait for those 30 mins] Brillent can anyone tell me , what is the process to send a legal notice to them 1. They have chagrged unnecessary amount to me 2 .They are not returning my money 3. They are not providing any service 4. They are forcing customer to make illegal payment 5. even i have the same kind of issue. I have recharged for 1 GB / 1 month GPRS plan. Till 2-3 days everything was working fine and all of sudden on 4th day they deducted my account balance by saying that i have crossed the limit and now internet is not free. i just used the internet for 4-5 hrs, this ...is seriously amazing speed to deliver 1 GB data over GPRS connnection in 4 hrs time and no recovery of the amount as well :(.Read More
