The issue of lift in A, B and C block can be resolved if money is shelled out by owners and Gold coin club agree to operate at an acceptable cost. C block owners have filed a case against the builder and won . Inspite of court notice ITTINA builders have not installed the lift . The fate of A & ...B block is not know. Since 20% of the owners stay here and there in no unity ,the divide and rule game works well here. The colony has improved a lot and looks well after gold coin club has taken over but the value for money of maintainence is very low. With nearly 2 rupees a square feet , there in no power back up even in common areas and lifts where there is space and infra provisioned.Read More

Do not drive tata cars so fast. The body is not designed to take the stress and strain. Check with the lenea sturdy build . Its much better than the tata cars.

Do not drive your car too fast . It will not stop when required . Beside you will screw your car if you are driving the more than 110. The body is not designed to take the performance of this engine. Linea is the best balanced car in all aspect a t 2 lakhs more.

Updating the review after 43000 kms . Maintenance issues :-
Changed all four tyres. Wheel alignment needs to be done every 5000kms for better life of tyres. No maintenance cost as such other than the regular servicing.
