Still more than month passed, they did not yet returned the amount. Local office is telling everytime that today i will recharge in your account or in 1-2 hour i will recharge. but their intention seems not good. Every time i call customer care, they make a new complaint but they are biggest cheater...s. I would request everyone to trust on my feedback and dont take risk to connect with them.Read More

@Rajat_niki you only heard but you are lucky that you don't have this experience. service from them was good around 2 years back but but now they have full illiterate staff to face customer issues. Even after 15 days around, i did not get the amount back, What level of seriousness you expect now.... Thanks to share your experience.Read More

Dear Mr. Santu.. I don't expect anything free of cost. The pain point is their executive on call only asked me to purchase prefilter from market as they were running out of stock for pre filter. Also they are not sure when they can get pre filter for me. Is it part of kent warranty that they agree a...nd deny something without getting clarity on warranty terms and conditions? What you will do in this situation. .? Do you want to wait untill your whole machine is blocked because of sand and mud in water?
