Today 17 November, I called several times Staples, Mumbai [so called Head Office] to register complaint. As usual, IRRESPONSIBILITY EXISTS IN EVERY OUNCE OF THEIR BLOOD, there is nobody to take complaint. My called goes to the reception and I get to speak to the security and reception who give some ...vague reasons and they don't let me go through them to speak to some higher officials. I AM IN A HOPELESS SITUATION NOW. IF THE OS GETS CORRUPTED I NEED TO SHELL OUT Rs 5000 to 7000. Why can't they give back for what we pay? Why these kind cases are so common? Is India a sweat house for consumer? Why do the retailers take consumers for granted??? I am sure there will another case, another consumer falling prey. Who can stop all these???Read More
