GOOD news atlast .. I have got back my investment with Sterling holidays with interest, legal cost as well as compensation for mental agony last week. My advice to those affected by fraud of any nature by any company.. GO TO CONSUMER COURT

Further to my above posting, I am glad to inform consumers that my case against Sterling Holoday resorts has been ACCEPTED by Tamilnadu State consumer disputes redressal commission and Hearing has started. I hope to get Justice soon

Within a few hours of posting my request, I received a call from Indigo to confirm that they have waived cancellation charges for both flights. Hats off to you CEO Indigo and your Team. Hats off to mouth shut team too.

i too have similar opinion about kurlon. i spent nearly 14000 for klassic mattress .Within 3 years it has sagged. when i complaineed they say warranty is one year only. i do not know what to do.

Since there was no response from APHS to my mails, I approached CAG,a consumer protection group of chennai and with their help I succeeded in getting Rs 5500 from APHS.With this development I have resolved the matter with APHS.i thank CAG for their help on this matter.
