Reviewed Morphy Richards Radiant Cooker

We shifted into a new house where there was no gas connection and thought the Radiant Cooker Digital would help us out. I am sorry to day that it has only beautiful looks. Milk does not boil in even half an hour. Cooking is piteously slow. Finally we had to switch to a microwave and a rice cooke...Read more

I saw all these negative reviews of the product, so decided to jump in with my experience. It is my observation that people write reviews on mouthshut only when they are unhappy. Let me give poor Koryo a somewhat better name though I cannot reverse the 1-pointers :-) I bought their microwave ...Read more

I bought the 900T in 1997. This was the only convection+microwave available at that time, and microwaves were not the norm at homes. So, like a 47" plasma TV of today, I bought this one with a lot of fanfare for 26K. Since then, till 2004, it ran flawlessly. In 2004, I had to get the front pa...Read more

The printer is all right for people on a small budget. The scanner performs adequately, and the prints are good. The speed is also fine considering a printer at this cost. The problem is the ink, It guzzles ink like anything, so I started refilling, since the colour cartridge is for Rs. 1300 ...Read more

I had reviewed Honda City 1.5EXi a little while back, and had promised to get back with the review of the ZX CVT. Well, I got one, and am driving it for the past 6 weeks now. I have clocked about 2500km, and have done several full tanks, so I can claim experience enough to write a review. SIn...Read more

I was driving the Maruti Baleno till 2004, when the time came to switch my company car. I was quite proud of my Baleno. It gave 14 kmpl, quite noiseless inside, and was comfortable for the back-seat rider. What more did one want? In 2004, Honda had switched the design from the older City, and...Read more

Hello Saunak, I came to know of Park Plaza Sylverton firstly from TG itself. Actually, Park Plaza Sylverton is still listed on TG if you do a search for Mussoorie hotels. Anyway, on that day I found out this resort suggesting a package inclusive of lunch/dinner. I waited for a day, and when I ...called up TG, they told me that the package was no longer available and put me into Nand Residency. I was not happy, and called up the Claridges for a package. They were sold out and suggested Park Plaza for a luxurious stay. I was not in a mood to compromise on quality, so called up TG and booked rooms with just breakfast on offer. For reviews of Park Plaza Sylverton, I did Google search, and for information on rooms, I went to the resort website. That site listed all the facilities I mentioned. Now, the two matters of discontent: 1) The agent did not read out the facilities since I had visited the resort website, but while she told me that this was a new resort, she did not tell me that it was just 4 months in operation, and still ramping up on facilities. So whereas the tariff included central heating, WiFi, etc., those are facilities in planning only. And fool that I am, I was paying big bucks for a future facility. 2) Also, the resort website mentions that all rooms have a view of the valley, which turned out to be false information. The room I booked was just a box without views. Again, TG should have seen what the resort offers w.r.t. the promises made by the resort. Hence, TG should do more research before suggesting anything on its website, or booking it on phone. Regards SanjayRead More

I believe that in today's world, its no longer required to resort to military measures against injustice. Specially in India, its not effective, either. Rather, now that I have told everyone how I was treated, and how I felt, I have passively launched a missive against the wrong meted out to me. And... that is far too effective. Thanks for the comments, Rohit. -- SanjayRead More

I have been using TG for tickets, hotels, etc., for some time now. Like most other portals, I have mixed feelings about them. This time it was a hotel booking. I stayed at Jabalpur for 4 nights (hmmm...I know there is nothing much to see. I realised later :-)). Anyway, when I booked through T...Read more
