Not required that anymore, now when i checked the status of the claim they are happily telling its been rejected and the reason for rejection is i have hide the facts that my kid has pre-existing cough and cold for last one year. On that my child has got infected by cold once in a while but never su...ffered of cough and is there any child without even infected with cold once and is it a reason to reject your claim for not furnishing the fact that the claimant had a cold in the past...IS THERE ANY ONE IN THIS WORLD WHO DOESNT HAD A HISTORY OF COLD...I am planning to take this legally, could you please advise me how can proceed. THESE CORPORATE CHEATERS literally looting the common people,during the time of policy taking this fellow asked me for any other major illness and now rejected my claim saying the cold hasn't been informed as a pre-existed decease.
