Yes they over charged. I spent 7500 for only installation which brings the cost to 31000 . There is no coordination between seller and service dept. Split unit needs a site visit as well. Which was done but no feedback of how it will be installed was provided. So the fumes sucked were to get back at... kitchen window was the issue. N to keep changing or reinstalling they kept charging n installing it wrongly n not as per instructions. I wish I could post some pictures to support this. Very rude and unprofessional service men they have.Read More

Product is excellent. Buy it. Service haven't tried. Faced delay and arrogant installation man that's all. Rest is good. You need a outlet or outside space for this dryer. For fumes to go out of bathroom or room where this is placed. Mine is in open area so no issues there. It dries clothes 100%

Split chimney worth only if u Hv place to fit motor outside house. Get a site visit done by technician to understand how motor will fit and where will the air go as mine was coming back inside house which wasn't specified. So had to go through 3 levels of installation paid 7200 total with wasted pip...e as they said 9 ft pipe not enough. N now it's lying wasted. 1800/- for pipe.Read More

Today one fellow came for demo. He says we don't do wall mount and you Hv to provide helper to lift machine. I m alone lady. I got carpenter n demo guy says take demo n you keep doing wall mount etc. I said wait 5 min carpenter was already in premises before demo guy came. He says no I Hv to go I sa...id when machine is wall mounted it's reversed n u giving demo on straight machine how will I understand. I m waiting since 6 days for you to come. Called so many times. And he started shouted on top of his voice my job is not to wait or wall mount. I Hv to give demo n leave. I said till it's not connected how will u give demo? He was rude n loud with other labour n my friend present. Finally I told him will complain against him and he refuses to give name so I refuse to sign. Won't purchase IFB product ever if this is how their service man behave. LG n Siemens much better for service. I repent buying IFB product.Read More
