This is one of the worst travel package I have ever been, as I have been going for last 20 years annually. 1st of All their package price is very costly. They charged me Rs 1, 750 for Free Dharshana( No Special/VIP Entrance). The hotel room they provided is extremely shabby, with the toilets in a ve...ry bad condition. Breakfast and Lunch was provided in the same hotel, where the food quality is really poor. Lot of people who came in our bus did not eat fully, due to the quality of food.
Finally, our bus had around 30 North Indians and about 15 Kannadigas. The Cleaner( SURESH) wanted to put ONLY TELUGU movies in the bus. When we asked if he did not have any Hindi or Kannada movies, he bluntly said, he does not have any other CD's outside Telugu movies. So we even then suggested not to put the VCD, so that we can all sleep, to which he arrogantly did not switch of the TV and tried to force us watch only Telugu movies. I am not against Telugu movies, as I myself have watched plenty of such movies. But I really did not appreciate his arrogance. Finally we complained to the Tour Guide and then he put PK hindi movie. Surprised how he got the Hindi CD all of a sudden.
Finally when we arrived at Bangalore, some of the Team wanted to get down at a location near to Marathahalli. The Cleaner did not entertain their request and finally we forced him to stop near HAL 2nd stage. In that also when people were trying to get down from the bus, he suddenly gave Go Ahead signal to the driver, and people had to bang on the bus to stop, as ladies were getting down.
Such is the pathetic customer service from MANISH Travels. PLEASE DO NOT GO IN THIS TRAVELS. BEST one now is the KSRTC KSTDC. For Rs 1, 950 they are giving VIP Dharshan and also very good Hotel and Food.
