Your words are informative. I think everyone know about mobikwik wallet to bank transactions, if not, from your your words they will easily understand.

I am telling that, for unsatisfied products, merchant promised to refund the amount to cu...stomer, in the Same way mobikwik should refund the money to respective consumer bank account, instead of that it is saving in users mobikwik wallet. What's the use of mobikwik wallet except recharge or for shopping? that's it.It is big backdraw for consumers. Because mobikwik didn't allowed to send the small amount like 60, 120rupees to our bank account. We have to wait for some unsatisfied transactions, then our wallet becomes 500 or 1000, then it allows to send our money to the bank account with extra charge.So, consumers are using wallet minimum balance to recharge only. When the other end merchant refunded the money for unsatisfied products to the respect gateway, the gateway should also refund the amount to our bank account.
Did u tried citrus payment gateway, for failure transactions they don't add to their users wallet, directly they will transfer to users respective account.whether it may be 10 rupees or 500 rupees.
